Salontique would like to welcome you as a client. To ensure a high standard of service is provided to all clients it is requested that when booking appointments you are accepting the conditions of the business terms. Please take the time to read the terms of business below.​

Contact:​
Salontique is available via email (salontique1@gmail.com) and mobile (07536 040332). If you call and I am unable to answer, please leave a message. It is likely that I am with a client.  I will return your call as soon as I can. In respect to all clients I do not answer my phone whilst treating a client unless it is an emergency.

Cancellation Policy:​
A cancellation or reschedule requires a minimum of 24 hours notice (1 business day). If this is not provided a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged.

Pricing/Payment:​
Charges are as stated on the website.  Salontique only accepts cash.  If you are unable to pay the full amount, please do not make a booking.

Additional Charges: ​
If providing a mobile service, can you please ensure you have available parking. Parking charges or permits are the responsibility of the client. These costs are not included in the price of treatments.

 

Initial Product Removal:​
Salontique uses very respected and highly professional systems called NSI, Nail Gaga and Gelicure by Nubar.  To ensure the best treatment is provided any other product on the nails will be removed.  Salontique can not guarantee the compatability of NSI/Nail Gaga/Gelicure over another product.  A charge will be incurred upon initial booking for removal.

 

Special Offers:​
From time to time special offers will be advertised on the website.  These offers will have an expiry date.  All bookings and treatments must be made/received before the expiry date.  Discounts of any kind can not be used in conjunction with special offers. All bookings made against the special offer must be mentioned upon booking.

Gift Vouchers:​
Gift vouchers are available for purchase, either as a value or a treatment.  Vouchers are valid for 3 months.  If a treatment is booked using a voucher and has a remaining value, a gift voucher with the remaining value will be provided.  The expiry remains the same as the initial voucher. Vouchers purchased for treatments can be increased by the client should they wish.  This will be chargeable at the time of treatment. All bookings made using a voucher must be mentioned upon booking. Gift Vouchers are non refundable.

£5 off on any treatment when you 'Like' my page on Facebook or 'Follow' me on Twitter. This offer is available for your 1st treatment only. This offer can not be used in conjunction with any other offers.

Recommend a Friend Discount
£5 off on your treatment when you recommend a friend. Once your friend has had their treatment, you will then be eligible for your £5 off your next treatment. You can recommend as many friends as you like!

Client Contact Details:​
Your details remain private and confidential and are only used to conduct treatment.  Email addresses are used to enable Salontique to inform you of any special offers, discounts or confirming appointments.  At no point will Salontique disclose your information to any third party.
